Shipping Methods

Harmony Hydration currently ships all orders using standard ground shipping services through trusted national carriers. Shipping methods may include UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, or similar carrier services depending on your location and order size.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard ground shipping delivery times generally range from:

  • 3–7 business days for most U.S. orders
  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather, holidays, or destination location

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Harmony Hydration only ships within the United States unless otherwise specified on our website.

We do not currently ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes for large wholesale orders
  • International destinations unless approved in advance

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, Harmony Hydration is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please allow up to 10 business days for carriers to complete final delivery before contacting us.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or unfit for consumption, please contact us within 60 days of purchase and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
