Refund policy
At this time, Harmony Hydration does not accept general product returns.
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, and issues are rare. However, if your order arrives damaged, destroyed, leaking, contaminated, or otherwise unfit for consumption due to shipping or delivery issues, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
If you received the wrong item, or if your product arrived in a condition that is not safe or suitable for use, Harmony Hydration will gladly replace or refund the affected product for up to 60 days from the date of purchase.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact our support team with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or affected product (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we will provide either:
- A replacement shipment at no additional cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for products that were ordered correctly and arrived in good condition.
- For orders marked as delivered but believed to be missing, please allow up to 10 business days from the shipment date before contacting us.
- Harmony Hydration reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests in cases of misuse, excessive claims, or fraudulent activity.
